- For duplicate certificates there is a £7.50 administration fee. Please ensure the correct name is used on your course registration, this is the name as it will appear on your certificate.
- If you cancel your course 14 days before your course booking, course fees or deposit will not be refunded.
- You can change the date of a course as long as at 14 days notice is given, you can’t change the type of course.
- A minimum deposit of £49 is required on all course bookings before your booking is confirmed. This is non- refundable.
- Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to your course date. We will not be able to hold your course place and will reallocate if your course balance is not paid within this time.
- If you fail to attend the full payment in non-refundable.
- If you need to change date within the 14 day period prior to the course, this is only allowed with a doctors note for the student named.
- Star Beauty Schools reserve the right to alter course dates if required. We will give you prior notice of this.
- All students must abide by the terms and conditions of the training centre at all times.
- Students will be required to work on each other or to bring a model with them (occasionally a model can be found) to take part in their practical assessment (please see details on each course page).
- If for any reason a student does not meet the required standards for completion of the course, the student will receive additional support and will be invited back for the next available training date, at no additional cost.
