This course will enable you to apply, maintain and remove individual classic eyelashes extensions, enabling you to offer your clients a full professional service. These lashes (sometimes known as semi-permanent) lashes can last around 4 weeks before infills or removal and with clients returning for regular maintenance this will add to your client retention. The service takes 1-2 hours to perform. You will learn how to isolate a single lash and stick a false individual lash to the real one, creating natural looking lashes that don’t damage the real ones.
No prior experience is required for this course, and is suitable for complete beginners through to students that just need to brush up their skills.
No model is required for this session, as you will give and receive this treatment (please ensure you have no eyelash extensions on, or you are welcome to bring a model, please contact us for times model is needed). Fully insurable accredited Diploma on completion. This course is accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists and ABT.
This course comprises:
1/2 day – Home learning
1 day – Practical session and assessment
1/2 day – Review session (non-compulsory)
Home learning – Comprises of online learning materials and links to industry standards websites. These need to be read and the websites visited and explored. There is also an online test that needs to be completed before the practical session.
Practical Session
Morning – Practical training and demonstrations
Lunch – 30 minute lunch break. Please check our center pages to see if there are cafes local or if you need to take a packed lunch.
Afternoon – Give and receive eyelash extension treatments
Review session – This is a non-compulsory aspect of your course, and should be viewed as ongoing support and a problem solving session. These session are run on a regular basis and need to pre-booked.

If you are the only student booked on the course we will complete your course with a one to one session with your tutor, although we ask you to bring a model with you and you will possibly finish earlier.
