Eyelash lifting has taken over from eyelash perming. Using silicone shields instead of perming rods to create a much more open-eyed look. Rather than perming, which can make the lashes appear shorter by curling them – lash lifting lifts them creating the look of longer lashes. They can be lifted with any one of three different size shields to give different appearances and can last for up to 6 weeks. Technicians can then use the added service of tinting whilst the lashes are still on the rods to enhance the look and of course give better revenue financially. This course sometimes runs on the same time as tinting to allow for students who would like to learn both treatments together. If students would like to book both lifting and tinting training together then they are required to bring a model as there isn’t sufficient time to swap over with other students. If students are booking just lifting then no model is required and students will practise on each other, so please ensure no eye enhancements.
No prior experience is required for this course, and is suitable for complete beginners through to students that just need to brush up their skills. Fully insurable accredited Diploma on completion. This course is accredited by The Guild of Beauty Therapists.
