Gel Polish is the new treatment taking the world by storm. Cured under LED light, they are completely dry as soon as the treatment is finished – no smudging or knocking. This polish then lasts for at least two weeks without wearing, chipping or flaking. It goes on like a polish but lasts as well as a gel and is very quick and easy to remove. It is perfect for fingers and toes, takes around 30 minutes to complete and many salons are charging upwards of £35. It is exceptionally easy to learn. Nail art can then be added to create a bespoke service.
This training is non brand specific and will enable you to use products such as Gelish and Shellac or any professional gel polish brand. No previous experience required. Fully insurable accredited Diploma on completion, accredited by ABT.
This course comprises:
1/2 day – Home learning
1/2 day – Practical session and assessment
1/2 day – Review session (non-compulsory)
Home learning – Comprises of online learning materials and links to industry standards websites. These need to be read and the websites visited and explored. There is also an online test that needs to be completed before the practical session.
Morning/Afternoon or Evening Practical Session
Practical training, demonstrations and assessment.
Review session – This is a non-compulsory aspect of your course, and should be viewed as ongoing support and a problem solving session. These session are run on a regular basis and need to pre-booked.

Our Soak Off Gel Nail Polish course will give you the skills to provide a full professional gel polish service. We will demonstrate how to perform a full set of soak off UV gel polish overlays in the system. You will be shown the treatments and perform the treatments.
